Belt is soft and pure leather .one of best i ever had.
About bad, quality is good.one suggestion for laptops bag is that there should be some cushioning on lower side if you keep your bag vertical on some hard surface .There were some finishing glitches in inner pockets which can be improved..overall good experience . i will recommend others to buy jild products

However i feel that their customer support and order delivery needs alot of improvement

One with advance online delivery and the other with COD
Got the first one
The other one is still awaited
I placed both orders at the same time
Im sure the management will look into improving this aspect and customer support on whatsapp need too be more responsive
