Pathetic Customer Support 👎🏾
Last year, I ordered a Black Zipper Jacket. They sent me wrong article, I have to return that bearing the delivery fees and time waste. They sent me the right one next time.
This year, I purchased the same article in Brown Color, they sent me the S size with a tag of M. Luckily, I already had their product as per size chart to compare.
Their representative are not willing to acknowledge their mistake at any cost to return or exchange with the right size. At last, I have to keep the product for my brother and reorder with additional notes to please confirm the measurements in a video before dispatching. They acknowledged and never shared any video and dispatched the parcel. Luckily, this time the size measurements were okay.
Product Quality is fine at this price, but their customer support is a nightmare. I experienced this three times so it's their nature.
