I ordered this jacket in 3XL to avoid size issues. First, the delivery took 7–8 days. When it arrived, the overall fit was fine but the underarms were very tight. I tried calling customer service the same day, but their number stayed off for two days. When it finally turned on, no one picked up for four days. On WhatsApp, they replied very late, and after explaining the issue, they told me I would need a custom order with an extra Rs 2000. I decided to return the jacket, but they have still not shared the return procedure despite multiple reminders. Very poor customer support.
